Planned Obsolescence I | Tank, Water, Submersible Pump, Steel, Concrete, Tubing, Mobile Platform | 2016

For Planned Obsolescence, I put a submersible pump in a fish tank and made it process concrete until the pump failed. I filmed the performance, and the result is documented by the sculpture. The film and sculpture are meant to be displayed in the same room.
