Stay Still | Video InstallationJack Williams 2016

A collaboration with my friend Jack Doerner

You walk into a booth with an image projected against the back wall. Stay Still, the title instructs the viewer. As you interact with the space you realize that if you restrain your movements, you are rewarded with the video of a man slowly removing his wardrobe. If you stay still, you will eventually see him remove all 20 articles of clothing. If you move, the video rewinds back to the previous checkpoint.

This video is meant to be viewed within a specific installation environment. This is an incomplete clip meant to serve only as documentation.
